Located in Whittier, NC, our 40-year-old barn turned rustic venue has most of the original wood on the walls inside for a welcome feeling.  The wood removed from the stalls has been turned into our 16 barn wood tables that are 7 ½ feet long.  Eight chairs will set nicely around each table or for smaller weddings six chairs can be used.  Our maximum capacity for our venue is 130 people.

The current price for the weekend package is $2700 for the weekend. This allows you time on Friday (10am to 8pm) to set up/decorate and have your rehearsal/rehearsal dinner. Then, the wedding and reception on Saturday and clean up on Sunday to be completed by 12pm.  A $700 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your weekend. The remaining $2000 is due at least 60 days prior to the weekend.

Our venue is open mid-April through mid-October each year. For weddings in April, September, and October, music is to end by 8:30pm and all guests are to be off the property by 9pm.  For weddings in May through August, the music is to end by 9pm and all guests are to be off the property by 9:30pm.

The current price for our Saturday wedding package is $1700 for 12 hrs. (9am-9pm).  Come to the site on Saturday morning to decorate and set up for the wedding, have your wedding and reception, with all guests off the property by 9pm as well as cleaning up.  A $700 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.  The remaining $1000 is due at least 60 prior to the wedding date.

The price above includes the use of barnwood tables, 2-6’ plastic folding tables,130 padded chairs to be used for the reception, 10 antique church pews, an arbor, greenery for the tables, and a few various decorations/signs.

We have 2 restrooms, one which is handicapped accessible. We have one room that can be used to get ready in. We have an outdoor style kitchen with a sink, counter space, a small warming cabinet, and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer.

Beer and/or wine may be served only during the wedding reception.  If you choose to serve beer and/or wine, there is an added fee of $300. Beer and wine service is to end at least 30 minutes before music is to end. We require the client to hire an insured bartender to serve the beer and/or wine.  We also require the client to purchase personal liability insurance for the time the venue is rented for their wedding.

We do not require you to use certain vendors or to have a wedding planner, but we can provide business contact info if needed. It is highly recommended that all vendors have insurance to protect you, our client.
